Li Jiang

After studying in China he moved to Italy to attend the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera, where he joined the faculty of sculpture.
His research focuses on the evolution of contemporary sculpture, communicative and social importance of public art. The artist expresses himself through installation, video, painting.

Tavolo con Tavolo

The chair, the table are indispensable in our lives belong to our ergonomics, shape and shape us.
The chair gives us a sense of stability and balance, it is a mediator between people.
Wood, as a natural element, is the best medium to highlight this need because it is close to nature. The wood or tree of which is the work, will also want to hold the memory of time, traces of lived.
Tables and chairs come together in this installation. The shape is essential for a changing table in size and height so it can be used as a restorative place, where to sit, relax, and entertain.
The set of elements and their spatial arrangement evoke a sort of urban design that draws intersections and architectural elements. Places of situations and encounters.
