Born in Sesto San Giovanni, 1993. Born in Calcinate, 1993. They lives in Milan, Italy.
Veronica Menegolo, she is studying at ACME – New Media Academy in Milan and Fabio Cortesi, he is studying the faculty of architecture of environment at the Politecnico of Milan.
United by an interest in architecture and art, they decided to work together for the realization of this project, and saw the achievement plan to continue this collaboration.

Human Refuge is a reference to the anatomy of the human body, specifically the rib cage, consisting of the thoracic vertebrae, sternum and the ribs. These fulfill the task of protecting some of the most important organs, the heart and lungs, and always refer to the idea of creation and generation of life.
The installation evokes a succession of human ribs, summarized in rectangular forms, reproduced in a size that allows the user to enter and to find shelter and protection. In fact, through this “tunnel”, the man perceives a dynamic structure given by the rotations of the square and you also recognizes the harmonic form of the circle, always able to involve and to convey a feeling of welcome, enclosing it in a familiar place. The fact that the installation seems to be born from the soil and in turn replenishing the same, remembers the life cycle of living beings and recalls the unbreakable bond that exists between man and nature.
The work is made of wood, eco-friendly material and recyclable, and an integral part of nature.
